Hi, I’m Cathy Zoccoli — Certified Coach Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, and President of NuttyBuddy.
With extensive training, a B.A. in Sociology, certification from the Dale Carnegie School for Leadership, and my background as a college athlete at the University of Southern California (USC), I bring a dynamic and real-world approach to personal growth and transformation.
These diverse experiences have shaped the way I coach and have given me valuable insight into performance, protection, and what it truly means to show up fully in body and mind. I understand what it means to push through pain, overcome resistance, and find deep personal balance while still living in the real world. My mission is to guide you through your own journey of healing and growth with authenticity, insight, and heart.
