Conscious Coaching

It all begins with a desire…A longing and desire for something more. Maybe you're craving a deeper connection with your family, or perhaps you're feeling lost and overwhelmed in the chaos of life. Conscious coaching is here to help you find the pathway to a healthier, more aligned life.

Here’s the truth: It’s not always easy to admit that we attract what we lack inside of us. It can be tough to face the expectations and patterns we've inherited without even realizing it. But when we start to nurture and cultivate our own self-worth, we open the door to abundance—and that’s when the internal and external worlds align.

This journey is profound. I’ve experienced it personally, and I’ve had the privilege of witnessing others transform through this process. If you're someone who's curious about a more holistic approach—different from the traditional ways—then let’s connect! I look forward to hearing your story and helping you begin your journey.

What is Conscious Parenting?

Conscious parenting blends ancient Eastern wisdom with Western psychology. The essence of being “conscious” or mindful is simple: it’s about being aware. When we are mindful, we can tell the difference between reacting from our ego and responding from the centered, calm part of who we truly are. This practice isn’t about perfect parenting; it’s about being present in each moment—no matter what that moment brings.

Conscious Coaching: Exploring the Layers of Who You Are

In Conscious Coaching, we’ll dive into the patterns that shape you—the expectations and ideologies that have been passed down through culture, religion, beauty standards, sexuality, marriage, and more. These external influences may have impacted who you truly are. As we explore your past, we’ll uncover how those influences have shaped your present self.

Unlike traditional psychotherapy, we don’t stay stuck in the past. Instead, we’ll gently touch on elements of your history that bring clarity to how those experiences still affect your present life. The goal is not to dwell in the past, but to help you unravel the layers that have kept you from being fully yourself.

As you begin to shift your understanding of who you are and why you are the way you are, you’ll find that transformation happens naturally. You’ll start to step into your true self—no longer defined by external pressures but guided by your inner wisdom and authentic purpose.

Our goal in conscious parenting is to evolve everyone in the home. To awaken and spark everyone’s true destiny and true inner calling. And we first do this by awaking and evolving our own truth.

How do Coaches differ From Therapists

  1. Focus on the Present and Future

  • Coaching is about the present: While coaches may reference the past, the primary focus is on the current moment and what can be done to create change now. The goal is not to dwell on past wounds but to use insights from the past to propel you forward.

  • Therapy is often about the past: Therapists typically work with clients to process past trauma, emotional disturbances, and mental health conditions, guiding them through healing. Coaches, on the other hand, are more forward-focused, helping clients move through present obstacles and set actionable goals.

2. Empowering Clients, Not Fixing Them

  • Coaches don't believe that anyone is "broken" or needs fixing. Instead, they see clients as already empowered, resilient, and whole. Coaches work to uncover the existing healing potential within the client, helping them gain awareness and make the necessary changes.

  • Therapists often take a healing or diagnostic approach to address emotional pain and mental health challenges

3. Goal-Oriented and Action-Focused

  • Coaching is task-oriented and goal-driven: Coaches work with clients to identify their goals and outline actionable steps to achieve them. The focus is on the here-and-now and setting clear, concrete goals.

  • Therapy may be less structured: While therapy is incredibly valuable, it often focuses more on emotional processing than on a defined outcome. The relationship between client and therapist is often ongoing, as it addresses deeper, unresolved emotional issues.

4. Coaches Foster Independence

  • Therapy may sometimes foster dependence: Some therapeutic models can lead to ongoing sessions and continued reliance on the therapist for guidance and support.

  • Coaching fosters a sense of independence and self-sufficiency. The goal is for clients to become problem-solvers and to gain mastery over their own challenges. By the end of the coaching process, clients should feel empowered to tackle life’s challenges without needing external support.

5. Coaching is Time-Bound

  • Coaching is typically limited in duration, with a focus on specific, actionable changes. Sessions are designed to move through obstacles and towards achieving goals within a set time frame.

  • Therapy is ongoing: Therapy often involves long-term treatment, especially for deep-seated emotional issues, and there may not be a set endpoint.

6. Coaching is Not About Mental Health Diagnosis

  • Coaches are not mental health professionals. They do not diagnose or treat emotional or psychological disorders. Instead, they focus on empowering individuals to work through challenges and align with their true selves.

  • Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, offering specialized expertise in psychological matters.
