About Me

Hey there! I’m Cathy Zoccoli, a Certified Coach Practitioner, certified by the incredible Dr. Shefali Tsabary at her Conscious Coaching Institute™. I’m also a Certified Hypnotherapist through the Krysalis Institute, which means I’m all about helping you tap into the deepest parts of your mind (yes, even the ones you didn’t know you had!).

I’ve got a BA in Sociology, which gave me a deep understanding of people (I guess you could say I’m a “people person”... or a “people nerd” depending on how you look at it). I’ve also been through leadership training at Dale Carnegie, where I learned how to be the kind of leader who truly connects with others. Oh, and I was a college athlete at USC, so I’ve got a healthy dose of competition and drive mixed with a love of teamwork.

But wait—there’s more! When I’m not coaching, I’m busy consulting and running NuttyBuddy, a company that educates people about how to protect the family jewels—yep, I’m talking about male athletes’ most precious assets. It’s important work, and yes, I’ll admit, it’s also a little bit funny, but that’s what makes it fun!

Coaching is my true passion, though. Helping others uncover their potential, laugh along the way, and live more purposefully is what drives me every single day. Whether you’re looking to achieve a personal goal or simply need a little guidance, I’m here to help you get there—with a healthy dose of humor and spontaneity, of course.

So, if you're ready to make some changes (and have some fun doing it), let's chat!

Why Conscious  Coaching?

You could say my journey into Conscious Parenting and coaching started with a lot of pain—and I don’t just mean emotional pain (though there was plenty of that). I was managing two businesses, battling severe migraines, and constantly dealing with instability in my life. It was chaotic and draining, to say the least.

Eventually, I began to restore my health by integrating homeopathy, nutrition, and exercise, which helped me regain some sense of normalcy. But then, just when I thought I had things under control, the migraines returned with a vengeance. They were worse than ever, and on top of that, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression hit me hard. It felt like I was stuck in a dark, endless spiral.

I was angry, bitter, and resentful. I was doing everything I could to “fix” things, but nothing was working. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the thing I needed to fix most was me.

Enter Dr. Shefali. When I came across Dr. Shefali’s teachings, it was a game-changer. I realized that I was the missing piece in my healing. I was trying to control everything on the outside, but I was neglecting to look within myself for the answers that had always been there. So, I took the plunge and enrolled in her Conscious Coaching course with one goal: healing.

What I learned through Dr. Shefali’s course wasn’t just about managing my life better—it was about discovering my true self and finally regaining control over my own happiness.

It was as if a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders, and I started to realize that I could not only heal myself but also help others heal too.

Along the way, I became a Hypnotherapist under Janet Philbin and further deepened my practice to include tools that blend eastern philosophy with western psychology. I’m now passionate about using these tools to help others who are going through the same struggles I once faced—chronic pain, anxiety, or difficult relationships.

What I’ve learned is simple: With the right tools, you can achieve real healing. Healing of the body, mind, and most importantly, the relationship with yourself. I’m committed to sharing these strategies with you because I truly believe they can lead you to a place of joy, resilience, and, yes, peace.

Fast forward to today, and I’m happy to say that I’m migraine-free and anxiety-free since November 2022. That’s a huge victory, and it wasn’t easy to get here. I had to break down every belief and every “why” that held me back. But in the process, I found an unexplainable peace that comes from embracing resilience and joy.

Being a coach means I don’t just teach—I live the teachings. As coach practitioners, we experience the coaching process ourselves. The lessons I’ve learned have given me a wealth of tools, wisdom, and a deep sense of gratitude. I’m here to share those with you and help you turn your struggles, fears, and pain into power.

I’m humbled and grateful to be part of your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

How I Work.png

Healing begins when we drop the face of the EGO and we begin to sit in the ABYSS of who we ARE without that face. WHO are we WITHOUT the ROLE?
